Qualified Social Worker, Children With Disabilities , up to 40

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a ful\ly integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

  • Assessing the needs of children and their families for the Assessment of Children in Need and their families within statutory timescales
  • Develop Child in Need, Child Protection and Children Looked After plans
  • Use a range of interventions to engage children, young people and their families in working towards the objectives of their individual care plans
  • Building strong and respectful working relationships both with our families but also with partners

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Experience with Children in Need
