• Senior Practitioner for Mental Health Team in Chippenham
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience and a background in mental health/AMPH
• Must be able to drive due to WiltshireRurality
• Must be able to do visits in North Wiltshire
• Outside of visits homeworking and flexible working offered
