Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to work within a Hospital Team for Tower Hamlets Council.

Job Purpose

The hospital social work team based near Royal London Hospital works to discharge Tower Hamlets Residents who are in acute hospitals. We use a Discharge to assess model and ensure risk assessed support is in place for a discharge back to the patients home where ever possible.

You will need to be:

SWE registered

Eligible to work in the UK
