SEND Teaching Assistant - Lewisham South East London

Remedy Education are looking for SEND Teaching Assistant to join our mainstream school based in Lewisham, you will be working within the SEND unit supporting children with challenging behaviour and ASD.

You must have worked in a school before to be accepted for this role.

The role is full time starting immediately, the working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm, the position is long term ongoing.

You will be supporting the class teacher within the classroom assisting with education and behaviour, the students need extra support with their emotions and learning. You may be required to help students 1:1 if they are struggling within the classroom.

You will be part of a proactive and highly skilled team, in a positive environment with the full support and commitment of the school community.

The schools is based in Lewisham with great transport links and near site parking.

You must have a DBS to be accepted for this role.
