• Full-Time/Long term SEN Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant position
• £80-85 per day depending on experience

Person Specification & Role - SEN 1:1 Team Teach Teaching Assistant

• Determined graduates who already have experience supporting SEN or more specifically ASD
• The ability to engage pupils in the learning process is key
• Open and adept at exploring different teaching styles and techniques
• Able to take a lead in the classroom, enjoying the responsibility for the pupil's learning as well as their social and emotional development
• Tenacious and determined, with the drive to overcome challenges and obstacles to learning through clear thinking and positivity
