Remedy Education are working in collaboration with a thriving and forward-thinking SEN primary school situated between the Royal Borough of Greenwich, South East London. The Head Teacher is searching for a Graduate with an abundance of patience and compassion to support 5 to 6 pupils in Years 7-10, managing their emotions. It is essential you have a background in successfully supporting students with challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties; someone with a background in an AP/PRU or EBD school would be highly advantageous!

Information about this SEN Teaching Assistant / EBD Teaching Assistant role:

• SEN TA / EBD TA /HLTA
• Supporting KS3 pupils with have emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Full time, long term role for the entire academic year: 2019/2020
• £70 - £80 per day depending on experience

Requirements for this SEN Teaching Assistant / EBD Teaching Assistant role:

• Must have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
• Have experience supporting children with behavioural and emotional difficulties
• Ideal for someone with a background in an EBD school or an AP/ PRU!
• Being ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) trained would be advantageous
