The Role

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Enfield, North London
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: Long Term, Full-time
  • Salary: £95 - £105 per day (DOE)

Who Are We Looking For?

  • We are seeking passionate individuals to work closely with students who have ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties.
  • Experienced SEN professionals OR recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or similar fields with a keen interest in SEN
  • Individuals with a caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Those eager to help children build confidence and achieve their potential
  • Someone who enjoys working one-on-one or in small groups to provide personalized support

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and group support
  • Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities
  • Help students feel confident in and out of the classroom
  • Support emotional regulation and social development
  • Be a positive role model and create a safe, engaging environment
