SEN Teaching Assistant Person Specification
We are hoping for a calm and purposeful individual who ideally has some form of school based experience, who will go that extra yard to help others. The school wants to recruit someone who has a determination to succeed and who will persevere even in potentially challenging situations. This SEN Teaching Assistant post requires an individual who has the skills to use their easy-going manner to develop strong bonds with colleagues and productive relationships with their students. About the Role
In this exciting SEN Teaching Assistant position you will be working mainly in KS2, supporting a variety of pupils with ASD. You will also be leading pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will have the responsibility of assisting teachers with the management of after school clubs, with the hope of you eventually leading your own.
