Remedy Education is working with a mainstream Primary School based in Lambeth that is currently looking for a new member of staff to start immediately on a long-term basis.

You will be responsible for supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis who have a variety of learning difficulties/SEN needs.

This is a full-time position, ongoing for at least the end of the academic year and there is the potential to go permanent if desired.

The School would like to meet anyone with the following,

Experience supporting children with special education needs for longer than 3 months and worked with children for longer than 6 months. Ideally, you will hold some form of qualifications related to working with children or be degree qualified (not essential). You must possess a tenacious, positive, can do attitude and be someone who wants to join a team that works well together. Finally, as mentioned the school are looking to appoint someone immediately, so you must be available asap and be able to commit to full-time hours (8.30am - 3.45pm).

The following qualifications are highly desirable; Autism Awareness, Team Teach, Speech & Language and any training in Dyslexia.
