SEN Teaching Assistant - Daily Supply

We are currently recruiting adaptable and confident SEN Teaching Assistants for daily supply work across primary and secondary schools in South East London, including Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark and Bexley.

This is a fantastic option for individuals who enjoy variety, new environments and the flexibility of choosing when they work.

Role Overview
* Provide classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD)
* Assist with learning activities, behaviour regulation and personal development
* Follow guidance from teaching staff and SENCOs to ensure pupils are fully included
* Support with communication strategies and differentiated learning
* Maintain a safe, positive and encouraging environment for all pupils

What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children with special educational needs
* Confident, proactive and able to adapt quickly to different classroom settings
* Good communication skills and a calm, patient approach
* Availability for short-notice bookings and flexible working
* Team-Teach or similar training is a bonus (not essential)
