One of my fantastic clients are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their fabulous team in September 2018 situated in the heart of Somers Town and serves a vibrant and diverse community in between Euston and Kings Cross stations in Central London.

The Role - Special Needs Teaching Assistant

I am looking for an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a KS1 student who has cerebral palsy. As the SEN teaching assistant you will need to have the passion to help children achieve their highest potential through their help and support.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will be working alongside the class Teacher ensuring they are fully supported throughout the lesson, being able to support across the full class and on a 1:1 basis as and where needed.

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will have the the personality to build relationships quickly, have the ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and confident manner and be able to demonstrate a passion for supporting SEN pupils.
