A friendly and inclusive primary school in Newham is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team right away. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need extra support, working closely with both staff and families to ensure every child reaches their potential.

About the Role:

  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

  • Help implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies.

  • Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional regulation in pupils.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to support progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.

  • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in approach.

  • Daily rate of £95 - £115, depending on experience.

  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

  • The chance to make a real and lasting impact on children's lives.

  • Immediate start and full support from a dedicated staff team.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check and references will be required.
