We're working with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Havering that's looking to welcome a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in the lives of pupils with additional needs.

The Role:

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a variety of needs including ASD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH and complex learning profiles

  • Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning

  • Encourage pupil engagement, social interaction and independence

  • Help create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive
