We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate who is looking to expand on their current experience with SEN pupils particularly in ASD (Autism)

My client is a primary school that is always growing and looking to expand on their already highly regarded SEN department, and is especially looking to appoint an eager and bright graduate with SEN (Autism) experience to be a part of an already accomplished team.

Your role will consist of:

You will be required to work on a one to one basis with an SEN Child with ASD (Autism) in a year 3 class
Within the classroom you may also be required to assist with any general teaching assistant duties required
You will be carefully monitoring the children during break time to ensure they have the support they need to play together safely
Helping pupils with their pastoral development and supporting pupils academically
This would be a full-time position looking to commence in January 2018, for a full academic year.

Experience with SEN is required 1:1 experience is preferred but not essential candidates with ASD experience in all classroom situations to be considered.
