SEN Teaching Assistant

For this SEN Teaching Assistant role you will be required to work in a mainstream class of 1-1 with students who are on the Autistic Spectrum, who will be high and low functioning. You will be supporting them during their lessons which will include Maths, English and Science and around the school during daily activities and during break times. Due to the students needs you may need to assist them to the toilet and manage their behaviour. Therefore, the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this role must have previous experience in a similar setting and be able to manage challenging behaviour.

Primary School

This Primary School is located in the East London borough of Newham and caters for students that are Primary aged who had been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum.
