Based in the borough of Lambeth, a specialist SEN School are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teacher / Class Teacher to start ASAP. The Head Teacher is a true believer in providing Class Teachers / SEN Teachers with a good work/life balance, as well as ensuring they are being provided with the support in and out of the classroom needed to progress.

The school is also keen to open this SEN Teacher / Class Teacher position to ambitious, experienced SEN Teachers / Class Teachers who are seeking a TLR, the Head Teacher can offer either a Year or Subject Lead TLR to the most experienced SEN Teachers / Class Teachers in their area of expertise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• SEN Teacher / Class Teacher
• KS1 to KS4 (School will work to your own personal strengths)
• TLRs available: Subject or Year Group Lead
• Delivering creative and engaging lessons throughout
• ASAP start, Long term
• £130 - £180 per day
• Located in the Borough of Lambeth, South East London

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• MUST HAVE UK QTS
• Good academics required - GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
• Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum & teaching standards
• Must be looking to develop as a SEN Class Teacher
• Experience teaching in a SEN school would be ideal, but not essential
