SEN Teaching Assistant

£95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Full-time, long-term role

We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools across Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a supportive environment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with a variety of SEN.

• Work closely with class teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning experiences.

• Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

• A patient, adaptable and proactive approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Willingness to work across different year groups and school settings.
