SEN Teacher | September Start

🕐 Contract: Full-Time
💷 Salary: £180 - £240 per day

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our thriving school for pupils with Autism, learning difficulties and complex needs. Whether you're experienced in SEN or an excellent mainstream teacher with the right ethos-we'd love to hear from you.

Our school offers a highly individualised curriculum, with three pathways (pre-formal, semi-formal, and formal), tailored to support emotional regulation, communication and life skills. You'll work alongside an experienced team who truly believe in unlocking every child's potential.

SEN Teacher | Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes and developmental needs

• Lead a small class with the support of experienced SEN TAs

• Create a calm, consistent and structured learning environment

• Liaise with therapists, families and external agencies to meet holistic needs

• Assess progress using a developmental model, not just academic targets

SEN Teacher | We're Looking For:

• QTS (or equivalent), with a passion for SEN

• Experience in ASD, SLD or SEMH settings is desirable but not essential

• Someone with patience, humour, creativity and drive

• A commitment to making learning relevant, meaningful, and inclusive
