SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs College

Are you a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Young Adults with additional needs?

Are you looking for a long term role supporting young adults within a specialist SEN college but want to work close to home? Here at Remedy Education we are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with a variety of students with additional needs in a specialist school in Lambeth, South West London.

Your role will involve working on a 1-2-1 basis with young adults. Good behaviour management and experience working with special educational needs is essential.

The school is a nurturing environment that caters for Young adults within the Lambeth area and is an outstanding school.

The following is desirable but not essential:

Experience working with children - primary or secondary age

Have the desire to make a difference

Have been working with ASD, ADHD, Complex Needs, PMLD or SEMH

Understand the needs of individual students and be flexible and proactive
