About the Role:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: North and Northwest London (various boroughs and school settings)

Start Date: Immediate starts available

Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, and Complex Needs
• Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support
• Collaborate with teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Help students overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

Passion: A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN

Experience: Previous SEN experience is welcomed but not essential-enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn are key

Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and resilience

Flexibility: Comfortable working across different school types, settings, and age groups
