Location: Enfield, North London

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

What the Role Involves:

  • Teaching and supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, MLD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional needs

  • Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils' individual EHCP targets

  • Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a consistent and holistic learning approach

  • Leading small groups and 1:1 interventions where required

  • Creating a warm, structured, and supportive classroom where every child feels safe and valued

  • Monitoring progress, updating records, and maintaining strong communication with parents

  • Contributing to personalised strategies and behaviour plans

What They're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong SEN teaching experience (primary age preferred)

  • A patient, nurturing and resilient approach

  • Ability to differentiate learning effectively and creatively

  • Confident in behaviour support and using positive intervention strategies

  • Someone passionate about inclusive education and helping children overcome barriers
