Location: Enfield, North London
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

What the Role Involves:
Teaching and supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, MLD, speech & language needs, and social/emotional needs
Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils' individual EHCP targets
Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a consistent and holistic learning approach
Leading small groups and 1:1 interventions where required
Creating a warm, structured, and supportive classroom where every child feels safe and valued
Monitoring progress, updating records, and maintaining strong communication with parents
Contributing to personalised strategies and behaviour plans

What They're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong SEN teaching experience (primary age preferred)
A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
Ability to differentiate learning effectively and creatively
Confident in behaviour support and using positive intervention strategies
Someone passionate about inclusive education and helping children overcome barriers
