SEN Outreach Worker - Peterborough
Remedy are looking for SEN Outreach Worker to support a student for 15 hours a week ideally 3 hours every morning.
The Role: As a SEN Outreach Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students in various everyday activities beyond the educational setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students with shopping and other errands.
- Engaging students in community activities and social interactions.
- Providing support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, tailored to individual needs.
- Encouraging independence and enhancing life skills.
- Building positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
