SEN Learning Support Assistant - Full-Time Contract - Lewisham

Remedy Education currently has an opportunity available for a confident and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with students who have special educational needs and disabilities in Lewisham.

The successful candidate will be strong willed, tolerant and a patient individual who can empathise with the pupil's challenging needs. You will be expected to use your own initiative and set a positive example to your students to ensure as much progress as possible with their work and behaviour.

Your working hours will generally be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm, however this may differ. Please note this role starts as soon as possible.

Experience with SEND is essential, this includes but is not limited to ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, HI, VI and non verbal learners. Experience within an SEN school or SEN setting is also essential.

The successful candidate would be working in a dynamic SEN school that follows a holistic approach and would be provided with full support. Extra training is also given to help up skill you.
