Person Specification- SEN Learning Support Assistant

To be considered for this role, you must be a psychology graduate with a passion for providing support for SEN children. The ideal candidate for this SEN Learning Support Assistant role will have the ambition to become educational psychologists or child psychologists and are keen to build relevant and paid experience providing 1-1 support for a child with behavioural difficulties.

About the Role - SEN Learning Support Assistant

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting the learning of a specific year 3 pupil who presents real difficulties in terms of attention and behaviour and attention span. You will be a resilient person who is looking for a challenge in providing great support in this 1-1 role. Some training will be given in advance so that you can be effective from day one.
