As they prepare to welcome there first cohort of pupils, They are seeking a committed and creative SEN English Teacher to help shape the future of the school community.

About the Role

This is more than just a teaching role - it's a chance to be part of something from the ground up. As an SEN English Teacher, you will:

• Design and deliver inspiring, personalised English lessons for pupils with diverse needs, including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide targeted, consistent support.

• Monitor and support progress against EHCP targets, adapting approaches to ensure every pupil thrives.

• Foster a classroom culture built on trust, respect, and high expectations.

• Help us build a positive, inclusive learning environment where every voice is heard and every achievement is celebrated.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with experience teaching children with SEN, or a strong desire to develop in this area.

• A compassionate, resilient approach and a belief in the potential of every learner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• A creative flair for developing engaging, accessible English lessons for diverse learners.
