Person Specification for SEBD/SEMH Teaching Assistant
To be considered for this Graduate SEBD/SEMH Teaching Assistant you must be a particularly ambitious graduate who has earned a second-class degree or better and previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role.

About the Role of SEBD/SEMH Teaching Assistant
You will be working cohesively with an outstanding and dedicated Class Teacher, you will benefit from a structured training program. As a SEBD/SEMH Teaching Assistant in general, you will be managing smaller intervention groups and individual sessions. You will have the responsibility of liaising with the SENCO as you work with SEN pupils and monitor their progress in academic and personal development.
