SEMH Primary Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

This primary school in Wandsworth, are looking for a passionate and driven SEMH Teaching Assistant to continue the excellent education that they provide.

Person Specification
You will have the ability to display the skills required to motivate, inspire and challenge the pupils to succeed. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with a natural ease with strangers and the ability to rapidly form relationships and empathy and maturity.

About the Role
This SEMH Teaching Assistant role could suit a graduate looking to gain experience, or an experienced TA venture on a new journey where they can develop their career. You will be working with either 1:1 with SEMH students or running small group interventions. The school wants you to reach your full potential so you can also run homework clubs or drama work shops. You will be working with students across Key Stage 1, improving their social skills and helping them reach their set objectives that you can develop with the SENCO.
