Job Description of Learning Mentor
As a Learning mentor, sometimes called a behaviour mentor you will be tasked working one to one with students. This can be where some students struggle to remain engaged in the classroom and display challenging behaviour. You will need to be experienced in building a rapport quickly with students and captivate students in learning in an alternative way. A learning mentor with the right attitude towards work can have a huge difference on a students behaviour and attitude towards work.
