Position: Food Technician (Term-Time)
Contract Duration: Immediate start
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM to 3:30PM, Monday to Friday, term time only

As a Food Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Food Technology department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Practical Sessions:
  Set up and organise practical food preparation sessions for students.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Ensure that kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Ingredient Management:
  Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving deliveries of food supplies.
• Health and Safety:
  Adhere to health and safety guidelines during practical sessions.
• Supporting Teaching Staff:
  Collaborate with teachers to enhance students' learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications within the food industry.
• Previous experience carrying out a food technician role in a school is desirable.
