HR Manager required in Lambeth

At Remedy Education, we've specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We're currently looking for an experienced HR Manager who would like to work in a college for a part time position at a fantastic SEN College in Lambeth.

Working 3 days per week

About the role

As the HR Manager at this college, you'll be working 3 days per week [work hours] as a part of a great administrative team that works together to ensure the smooth running of the College. You will be:

  • Using the school's internal system to record data

  • Managing a small HR Team and working alongside the Office and Business Manager.

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Following HR best practices

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a HR position in a school

  • A real passion for working within an education environment

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
