Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation worker to work within a Local Authority based in East London.

Experience Required

• Experience of working with and supporting blind and partially sighted people of all abilities, backgrounds and levels of emotional adjustment, and their families and carers.
• Experience of teaching mobility/orientation, daily living skills and use of low vision equipment.
• Experience of undertaking short presentations to other staff groups, schools etc. about visual impairment services.
• Experience of working with blind and partially sighted people with a learning disability.
• Experience of working with people with a dual sensory loss

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
