Recruitment Consultant - Loughton Essex - ASAP Start - Permanent - Full time Salary: £25k - £60k Depending on experience

You can be a recent school leaver/ graduate/ experienced or worked in another sales sector or in medical recruitment or as an estate agent. You must love making a buzz! We pay an excellent basic plus uncapped commission.

Based in the Loughton Essex, our office has a vibrant and youthful office culture. The working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
* Matching candidates to available roles.
* Finding suitable staff for our array of clients.
* Formatting CVs and writing professional emails.
* Using our IT systems to maximise your work.
* Teamwork - no working from home.
* All parts of the Recruitment Consultant role, full cycle
* Answering complex payroll questions.
* Negotiating with our clientele
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for roles your team are working to fill.
* Sell the roles and companies to the candidates.
* Coaching the candidates through the process of Interview to placement and continuing that relationship once they have been placed.
* Using soft skills to relationships with clients and candidates.
* Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
