Our client, Reading Borough Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Young people with disabilities team.

The CYPD Team looks after the children and young people of Reading with a disability 0 to 18. We are looking for a Social Worker who is passionate and who will be committed to this role and the team. If you feel you have the right qualities for our children and young people and want to make things better, then please come and join us.

We aim to ensure that our professionals have all the tools they need to do an exceptional job. We have recently introduced Consultant Practitioners into our establishment who are on hand to coach, mentor and support our staff through complex and high-risk case work

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
