Qualified Social Worker- Team Manger- MASH

Remedy Recruitment are currently working with a local authority in Essex and are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a busy MASH team.

The successful candidate will require the following-

1. MASH Team Manager experience of at least 2 years
2. Stability within positions of at least 9 months at a time
3. Ability to make quick decisions and keep calm under pressure
4. Sound knowledge of basic children's legislation (i.e. Children Act 1989) and PAN London Procedures
5. Working in a multi-agency capacity
