Remedy Recruitment Group are looking to recruit a qualified social worker on behalf of a local authority based in north london.

The qualified social worker will work to reduce reoffending with a view to reduce the number of victims of crime.

You will:

Develope effective working relationships with internal and external partners, key stakeholders and the wider Criminal Justice System and related bodies.

Report on the progress of the local authority's intergrated offender management scheme against the set outcomes around reducing re-offending.

Review and oversee referral pathways between key partner agencies including mental health providers, physical health, housing, domestic abuse services, substance misuse services and Education/Training/Employment providers.

Co-ordinate performance data.

Develop a model of best practice of partnership to reduce re-offending within the borough
