Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Mental Health Team for a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

This team provides a move on services to those clients who reside in High Supporting Care. It is the Social Workers role to identify and prepare for step down to lower supported accommodation or independent living. Carrying our Reviews and Assessments. Must have a knowledge of Mental Health and it would be a bonus if they have dealt with Housing and Health colleagues but is not essential.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
