Opportunities for experienced Social Workers to join a Metal Health Team, based in Essex. This role will require you to complete assessments under the Care Act 2014, as well as the implementation and monitoring of care plans.

Requirements for the role;

• Professional qualification (educated to degree level in relevant subject area i.e. DipSW, CQSW, CSS etc)
• Registered with the HCPC
• Completed ASYE, if qualified post 2012
• Experience working within a Mental Health Team
