1. Social Work qualification
2. Ability to carry out high quality direct work with all age children and record it
3. Good time management and planning skills
4. Good report writing which incorporates the child and uses child friendly language, avoiding jargon
5. Ability to support colleagues in the Team, sharing learning, covering duty days, and willingness to develop

Working from Home Policy: The Team currently work from home full time, but the expectation will be that people return to the office once gov agreement in place. Working from home will remain an option, but how often is yet to be defined.
