Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Leaving Care Team for a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

1. To provide a Leaving Care Service in accordance with departmental policies and priorities and to participate in the costing, coordination, monitoring and review in line with department procedures.
2. To ensure that the service works within the Department's priorities and decisions about allocation of resources have due regard to the Departments eligibility criteria.
3. To ensure all services meet key and measurable objectives, delivered to the highest achievable professional standards and within an qualities framework and operated within clear and up to date operational policies and requirements of statutory regulations and Government guidance.

About you

• HCPC registration
• Experience within a similar environment
• Enhanced DBS
• Full compliance required
