Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Hospital Team for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Purpose

Qualified Social worker to join busy Social work team based at a hospital in South West London. You will be undertaking Social care assessments and Discharge planning for the local residents.

The successful candidate will also be required to undertake Safeguarding enquiries in line with Section 42 of the Care Act.
This is a large and friendly team and is very supportive. Experience of hospital social work is desirable but not essential.
