Qualified Social Worker - Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council - Hospital Mental Health Team - £30ph!

Manager is happy to review Newly qualified, Level 2 and Level 3 CVs, who have the above experience. Rate will be dependant upon experience.

We are looking for a social worker with an interest in mental health to support with hospital discharges from the working age and older adult wards within Stockport.
