Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within The Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team.

Job Purpose

The Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team is an multi-disciplinary integrated health and social care service. The primary objective for the social care team is to support safe and timely discharges. Richmond does not have an acute hospital within borough, residents are often admitted to Kingston Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital and others in the vicinity. The team have strong links with both Hospitals which support discharges. Staff should have sound knowledge and experience of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and related guidance. Staff should promote a strength based approach and be creative when support planning linking in the voluntary sector, Reablement and Community Therapies.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
