Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Childrens Safeguarding Team for Medway Council.

Job Purpose

Safeguarding Social Workers will provide a high quality of intervention and safeguarding to children who are deemed children in need or in need of protection.

They will be expected to have the skills to manage a full case load of complex child safeguarding issues and can work on their own initiative whilst taking instructions from a practice manger and working within a team of skilled social workers.

The Social Worker needs Court experience, and must have a good understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
