Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Children's Locality Team for a Local Authority based in East London.

Job Purpose

• To act as a member of the team providing an effective and efficient assessment, protection and care planning service to children in need and their families via assessment, children in need, children looked after, YOT and family placement team
• To effectively protect and promote the welfare of all children for whom responsible.
• To work towards the achievement of the 'Every Child Matters' outcomes for all children for whom the post holder is responsible.
• To undertake assessments of children in need in accordance with the National Assessment Framework, Working Together 2015, London Child Protection Procedures and Children Acts 1989 and 2004.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
