Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a Children's Locality Team for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Details

Our locality teams work within specific local areas to provide consistent social care support to children and young people who are living at home on a plan.

We take a restorative practice approach - working collaboratively and in partnership with children, young people, and families to develop action plans that address both the presenting concerns and the underlying difficulties. The teams work across the tiers of need and liaise with multi-agency partners.

We are committed to Family Group Conferences, robust assessments and SMART planning that support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes within their families and communities

About you

• Experience of working in Childrens Social Services is essential
• HCPC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Full compliance required
