Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adults with Physical Disabilities Team for a Local Authority based in West London.

Job Purpose

You will be required to work in the Independent Living Team which supports working-age adults who have physical disabilities, brain injury, higher-functioning autism, or difficulties arising from substance use. You will be required to assess and investigate new referrals for assistance received by the department and provision of services to meet the customer's needs.

About you

• Experience of working with Adults with Disabilities
• HCPC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Full compliance required
