Qualified Social Worker - Adults Services - South

Our client are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for an Adults and Older people team based in South London.

This is a locum position starting immediately for a minimum of 3 months.

As a Qualified Social Worker working within an Adults & Older people team you will enrich the lives of service users by:

Safeguarding vulnerable adults in need of support who are referred to the department, ensuring that plans are put in place which will mitigate risks.
Obtaining an accurate, person centred perspective of the adults needs in order to ensure that the most appropriate support is provided to achieve their optimal independence.
Working collaboratively with Adults and their carers who are experiencing particularly complex issues and assist them in finding solutions.

The payrate for this opportunity is up to £30 per hour depending on experience.
