Remedy Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a local authority based in South East England to recruit a qualified social worker for a Mental Health Team.

As an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) you will:

• Lead on and complete holistic assessments of the social care needs of individuals.
• Manage a caseload of individuals who require additional support to identify their needs and who may need close monitoring.
• As an AMHP you will be expected to understand the recovery model and promote this way of working with people who use the service.
