Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within Adults Locality Team for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Purpose

You will be required to work in a multidisciplinary Locality team, alongside OT, Sensory, Assessment Officers and Home Care Advisors.

The social worker will have a generic caseload working within the key statutes Care Act, Mental Health, Mental Capacity, Human Rights, Housing & Health and Safety. LA policy and procedures.

Carrying Out assessment, recommendations, support planning to empower vulnerable people to live in the community.
