Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Hospital Team for a Local Authority based in South West London.

Job Description

This team is an out of borough Hospital team with Social Workers expected to visit Hospitals where the residents have been admitted to ensure safe and timely discharge. This is across two Hospitals within the Borough.

About you

You are required to have a knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation particular in relation to delayed discharge. You must have a HCPC registration and have experience within a Hospital Setting.
